MILK ME and Babooshka present Horse Lords
Grafting the relentless repetitions of modern minimalism onto the propulsive engine of rock and roll,Horse Lords create an ecstatic forward thrust driven by dueling polyrhythms that curve endlessly past one another. The Baltimore quartet, consisting of saxophonist/percussionist Andrew Bernstein, bassist/synthesist Max Eilbacher, guitarist Owen Gardner, and drummer Sam Haberman, employs arcane tuning systems to achieve their otherworldly harmonies, made possible by guitars refretted by Gardner. The resulting sound is at once stark and lush, tightly interwoven and threatening to fly apart, making their live performances spellbinding and utterly thrilling affairs.
Their 2016 full length Interventions on Northern Spy Records showcases this visceral approach to live performance, as well their interest in crafting studio compositions that pull apart and reassemble the constituent parts of their music into more abstract forms. Interventions was featured on several 2016 year end « best-of » lists, including Red Bull Music Academy and The Wire magazine.
« …hypnotic, fluid and vocal-free: rhythms and tones achieving trancelike effect through repetition and discipline. » Noel Gardner in The Quietus
« On “Interventions,” fast, repeated riffs become collaborative acts, over drones and strong skeletal grooves that stress the upbeat, and the whole thing is held together by concentration, timing and willpower. » Ben Ratliff in the New York Times
« This is a band that believes that experimental music has the potential to be more than merely aesthetic, and every one of their choices—like taking apart their instruments and rebuilding them according to an alternate musical logic—speaks to a desire to upend the status quo. » – Phillip Sherbourne in Pitchfork

French pioneer experimental rock band formed in the early 90’s by Lionel Fernandez, Erik Minkkinen and Nicolas Mazet, SISTER IODINE is a rare band who with « Blame » is releasing only now their 5th studio album. Originally born on the ashes of no wave, their music searches through some sort of terminal confusion between rock and chaos; colliding to original raw and atonal no wave, their primitive love of noise music, eruptions and assaults coming from free music; tapes collage, a bitter moisture humected in industrial music, and maybe even poisonous climaxes taken from black metal influences…
Hailing from New Orleans, our dear Quintron and Miss Pussycat are finally back with a new live show called ‘The Happy Castle Of Goblinburg’ from March 26 to April 23. It’s been a crazy busy year for them as they’ve been working on their solo projects (leading them to release 3 albums in a row – a puppet soundtrack for Miss P who’s also now working for Disney and two heavy ambient works for Q who created a new synth.). On tour for 7 weeks in the US with their renewed mixture of swamptronics, garage rock and explosive puppet show they are now ready to hit the old Europe!
Mark Sultan aka BBQ / Live
MARK SULTAN is quite a legend. His bands like Mark Sultan, BBQ, The King Khan & BBQ Show, The Spaceshits, The Almighty Defenders, Les Sexareenos or The Ding-Dongs released tons of killer records on top notch labels like Sub Pop, In The Red, Norton, Hozac, Alien Snatch, Bomp!, Goner, Fat Possum, Crypt, Vice, Sympathy For The Record Industry and more. He toured like crazy through Canada, US, Europe, South America, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, SE Asia, China, Russia, Israel… Played thousands of trashy venues to the Sydney Opera House or the Carnegie Hall…
It will be the perfect conbination with Qintron’ s act !
Pharoah Chromium / live
Pharoah Chromium is a project by German-Palestinian musician and performer Ghazi Barakat and was named after a song of the band Chrome. The project draws inspiration from diverse sources: free jazz, rituals from ancient past and near future, the dream syndicate, science fiction novels and neo-brutalistic architecture.

Autist is a 4 piece live electronic band from Berlin that borders on a mix of psych, grunge, dance and punk.
Formed in 2014, it consists of former members of the electro-punk band Aniaetleprogrammeur and drummer Christopher Chartrand (Crystal Castles, Cauldron).
Autist is gloriously noisy, imaginative and fun, disturbing and danceable in equal measure. Its shards of thumping beats and razor guitar provokes exodus, manic and brutal dancing.
Autist have performed live in Berlin, Prague, Brno, Vienna and Warsaw as support for Ethan Kath of Crystal Castles and have also performed a slew of local headlining acts around Berlin and neighboring Europe
This Charming Man-Records
Noise Rock, Grunge
(Girls vs. Boys, Young Widows, Jesus Lizard, Nick Cave, My Disco, Shellac)
“A brutally raw record, occupying the slither of space between knife-edge tension and collapsing despair.”
« Es drückt, es schabt, es stochert, und doch wohnt dem Debüt des Berliner Noise-Trios Heads eine silbrig schwebende Zärtlichkeit inne. »
« Schwärzer, beseelter und abgehangener geht’s kaum! »
All The Ghosts
(uterine/bipolar/noise rock, Berlin)
A moody bass/drums duo with a serpentine voice in turns coaxing and slapping you in the face. A mix of noise and experimental rock influences keeping it catchy and sexy. It is a dry/wet game perfect for the mating season.
