Off Limits: Berlin-Europe, 1992-1996 is a photobook that documents the squatter and traveler-techno communities in Berlin just after the fall of the wall.

Before the reunification, the city was left with empty buildings consigned to demolition ant they were there for the taking. In this environmet, Rab Lewin shows black and white pictures of art, music, Djs, spaces and architecture. Documenting a culture / a movement the first steps of a culture of free techno music that started in the squats of Berlin before leading to an international movement.
