"The Death of Graffiti" explores the inconsistencies and contradictions of graffitis sprayers. 33 activists, scientists and researchers are looking back with their diagnosis in a retrospective, analytical, and constructive way, thus stimulating the long-standing debate on values and evaluations of social, cultural and aesthetic aspects of graffiti.
In addition to the romantic enlightenment of the subversive force that have been introduced in the urban space, the authors discuss topics such as freedom, self-optimization, appropriation, masculinity, politicization and social responsibility in the clandestine value system of the actors.
