Odd Couple and Furious Few are two modern day rock n' roll bands heavily steeped in Blues, Garage and Soul music.
Odd Couple's frenzied style of Garage Rock n' Roll and Furious Few's groove based Rock n' Roll soul both respectively combine these elements to create modern day blues, delivered fast and loud.
Hailing from Berlin Odd couple are a 2 piece garage Rock n' Roll band, Together they deliver an urgent, sweaty rock ’n’ roll.
Their debut album It’s a Pressure to Meet You is what you could call “a Berlin album”, one that neither venerates nor rejects Berlin. It’s a Pressure to Meet You is a sort of catalogue
of symptoms from this mode of living. Lyrically they take a a critical stab at the Berlin “afterhour” function, and the alienating underbelly of a thriving social scene where what could initially be an interesting conversation might yield to the realization that your conversational partner isn’t even listening to you but just waiting to interject his own thoughts again. Thus… It’s A Pressure to Meet You.
Formed in late 2015 Furious few play a heavy groove based style of Rock n' Roll heavily seeted in the blues. The trio touch on topical issues in their push towards a path of exploration within styles and genres in what they call Rock n' Roll Soul.
