About the Concert
ᴄʀᴜᴇʟ ᴍᴀᴄʜɪɴᴇ ʙᴏᴏᴋɪɴɢ & ᴇꜰꜰᴇᴛᴛᴏ ɴᴏᴛᴛᴇ are proud to invite to Berlin the legendary UK band 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝗵, one of the most enduring and influential acts to emerge from the early 1980s industrial and noise underground.
Formed within the same radical context that produced Whitehouse and Sutcliffe Jugend, and extending the confrontational legacy of Throbbing Gristle, Ramleh first established themselves through raw power electronics before evolving into a crushing guitar-driven formation that fused noise, psychedelic repetition and post-punk tension.
More than four decades later, they seamlessly combine both phases of their existence. Their latest album, Hyper Vigilance (2025), continues this trajectory with driving rhythms, analogue synth pulses and dense layers of distortion, reaffirming a sound that remains uncompromising, hypnotic and physically overwhelming.
Few bands from that original industrial generation have evolved so radically while retaining such intensity.
Live, Ramleh operate at full force and are hypnotic, overwhelming and deeply immersive, reaffirming their status as one of the enduring pillars of experimental music.

The first rupture comes from 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗸.
Berlin-based trio operating at the intersection of no wave, noise and punk, pushing sonic dissonance to its limits while constantly destabilising genre boundaries.
Their sound is built on tension and abrasion: jagged structures, collapsing rhythms and bursts of feedback that seem to accelerate, corrode and disintegrate in real time. What begins as propulsion often mutates into controlled decay, only to reassemble into new forms of sonic confrontation.
BRAK excel at creating dense cascades of sound that feel both chaotic and deliberate, balancing raw physical impact with textural experimentation. Live, their performances unfold as volatile, high-pressure exchanges, urgent, abrasive and uncompromising.

𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗹 will frame the entire evening: opening the floor, guiding the transitions between the live performances, and closing the ritual, shaping the atmosphere from beginning to end.
Berlin-based DJ, promoter and founder of the record label aufnahme+wiedergabe, Strobel has established himself as a key figure within Europe’s contemporary underground since 2011.
Deeply rooted in post-punk, dark wave, EBM and industrial culture, his musical vision extends far beyond fixed genre boundaries. As a DJ, he moves fluidly between body music, minimal synth, industrial techno, goth-leaning rhythms and raw club energy, crafting sets that honour underground lineage while constantly reshaping it.
