About the Concert

Litauisches Kino Goes Berlin opening party with concert by Without Letters and DJ sets by Tactic Signals (DJ JM & Tuan:Anh), Arcane Onde, Rugilė. One of the most promising Lithuanian bands, “Without Letters“, will perform their electronic inspired, guitar-driven music at a vibrant light show concert, starting at 10 pm. http://www.withoutlettersep.com/ Without Letters aim to redefine how a band can sound when the guitar became a non-rebellious instrument. The group’s most recent material is inspired by the increasingly virtual and anxious feeling of the now. Techno and footwork among other electronic influences offer an underlying dark and frantic pace to the band’s live set. Trance inducing rhythmical structures and the outbursts of sharp vocals invoke krautrock inspired blissful harmonies while avoiding escapism to a time and place that has passed or never even existed. At midnight, the exciting sounds of Berlin and Vilnius meet, you can look forward to thrilling DJ sets with techno, synthesizer music, hip hop & tribal sounds!
