About the Concert
Pretty Average was born from the lifelong musical collaboration of Candy Bassas (vocals and guitar) and Sergi Cabanes (lead guitar). After relocating to Berlin from Barcelona, Candy and Sergi formed the four-piece band in late 2021, which takes inspiration for its noisy-yet-ethereal sound from artists such as Galaxie 500, Spiritualized, New Order, the Cure, and Lou Reed. The band’s debut EP, “All I Wanted” explores themes of isolation and discontent and prominently features Candy’s other-worldly vocals in combination with Sergi’s jangly leads. The collection of four songs was produced by Francisco Parisi (of Berlin-based Minimal Schlager) and mastered by Kramer (producer for Galaxie 500, Low, Half Japanese). Pretty Average regularly plays live in Berlin and is planning a tour for 2024.

Spirit design formed in 2022 in Berlin, when Flavio and Caterina met Francesco and Ben in a bar in Berlin. They immediately recorded their first song, "Save myself only", which was soon released in September 2022.
Since then they played 14 shows in the German capital throughout which the band changed it's line up a couple of time, leading to the actual 4 piece with Flavio on vocals and guitar, Caterina on vocals and bass, Francis as lead guitarist and Tobi (best known as Kraller) behind the drum set.
The sound evolved as well throughout time, Spirit Design went from shoegaze to noise to the very dynamic rock music they eventually ended up recording on their first Ep.
Their aim for next year's it's to release more music, at least an EP and eventually a record.

Morphine Ridges. A new liaison led by Andreas Miranda (guitar,vocals) Verita Vi (vocals) Luigi de Cicco (lapsteel guitar) Juliette Wallace (bass) Maurizio Vitale (drums) blending dark country riffs and lap steel guitar sliding through the cracks of shadowy vocals. Silent Ballads for none to curse and none to pray. A new course among old roads. Fading kerosine lamp. Moonlight through the side window. Something remains awake.
