About the Concert
Show Me The Body aus New York sind Julian Cashwan Pratt, Noah Cohen-Corbett und Harlan Steed. Alle drei Bandmitglieder sind gerade mal Anfang 20 und haben mit „Body War“ im Sommer 2016 ihr Debütalbum veröffentlicht. Im Juni kommt das Trio mit seiner Mischung aus HipHop, Hardcore und Postpunk für insgesamt sechs Shows nach Deutschland.
Body War ist ein aggressives, raues Album und verdeutlicht, wie viel Wucht Hardcore entwickeln kann. „Im Titelsong geben eine beißende Gitarre, marschierende Drums und manisches Shouting den Ton an.“ (Musikexpress). Ihre Musik verstehen Show Me The Body als Ventil – das überträgt sich vor allem bei ihren Live Shows auf ihre Fans. „At that first London gig, they were so loud that a neighbouring theatre performance of Hamlet was almost halted, and so intense that several audience members drew blood.“ (NME)
