About the Concert
Urban Spree Klubnacht returns for another edition. From 00:00, the Klub opens with Kim and Kyra, two artists whose approaches to techno move between raw energy, intricate rhythms and a forward-thinking underground sound.
Born and raised in France, Kim developed his passion for techno in Lyon before moving to Berlin, where he became part of the city’s local underground scene. Embodying the spirit of techno and its constant evolution, Kim delivers strong, determined vinyl-only sets that showcase both technical precision and a deep understanding of the art of DJing. He has also been part of Keep It Radio Berlin, hosting his monthly show Oracles w/ Kim, featuring artists such as Marie-Julie, OPH and Erik Jabari.
Expect a journey into unfamiliar territory, driven by a sound that looks firmly towards the future. Kyra explores stripped-back techno, intricate rhythms and abstract textures, bringing an approach to rhythm deeply rooted in her background as a dancer. Moving between sound, movement and physical expression, her artistic practice extends into aerial arts and visceral performances as @Kyttiara, while her project KYT explores house and minimal through vinyl. She is also a curator and resident artist with the French collective @la.fesste, and regularly collaborates with the FLINTA* collective @blvsh.berlin. Her sound navigates the space between precision, abstraction and physical intensity.
