A Ultimate extreme supreme visual art music project in which techno, black metal, industrial, and noise are harmoniously integrated and presented to the public like a luminous, blinding light.

Like black metal meets Kraftwerk. Blackened Aphex Twin. Currently the unit that consumes the greatest quantities of electricity at live houses and clubs.
The total power consumption of VMO is 5000W (equivalent to 56 amplifiers).

Chip King(The Body),Attila(Sunn O))) ,Mayhem)were featured on their 1st album "Catastrophic Anonymous".
The domestic version was released via Virgin Babylon Records led by world's end girlfriend, and the worldwide version was released via Converge's Deathwish subsidiary Throatruiner Records.

They have performed at festivals around the world, including Roadburn Festival, Bangface, Brutall Assault, and Le Gues Who? , CTM festival, DarkMofo ,SOFT CENTRE etc.

In June 2020, the “Principle of Light Speed Invariance” EP was released and distributed through the label Never Sleep, founded by Gabber Eleganza.
It will be the first VMO release featuring current lead vocalist ザスター (Xasthur).

They appeared on both days at the two day installation party “Sheepman” created by Asian Dope Boys' Tianzhuo Chen, and held at the Kyoto International Performing Arts Festival in 2021.

In 2023, they performed at the CTM festival in Berlin, as well as at Berghain, receiving rave reviews.
After driving Dark Mofo into a frenzy, they performed a spectacular AV live on a huge 17m x 30m screen at Sydney's SOFT CENTER. Collaboration VR work with ommatidium studios and DIGITAL AFTERLIFE AGENCY by Taiwanese visual artist Yuen Hsieh, whose music was provided by VMO, was exhibited at Sonar festival 2023.

The long-awaited second album "DEATH RAVE" will be released through Never Sleep soon.
