Sova Magazine Issue 5 “The Non-Moralist” Release Party & Exhibition

1376479_10202293704206989_1736395171_n

Sova Magazine 5 “The Non-Moralist” is a never ending printed, moving, performed and auditory discourse on the good and bad, the profanity of Do’s and Dont’s in our contemporary (non)-moral culture.

On October 25th we’ll celebrate together with an exhibition of selected works by the artists, a reading, live perfomances and kicking dj sets.

Release Party: St.art Magazine #3 "Summer Knights"

1146464_408629259246964_782075337_n

Bonnie Li -Wǒ Men- ALBUM Release PARTY

Icons Creating Evil Art présents:

Dark Pop / Trip Hop / Electro-Cabaret

On the occasion of the release of her debut album “Wǒ Men”
Bonnie Li will throw her release party at Urban Spree on the 14th of Feb!

“In Mandarin ‘wǒ’ means I-myself, ‘wǒ men’ is translated into we-us, and if you skip the space in between it gives you ‘women’, I wanted to play around with that.”

Written over the course of the last year, ‘Wǒ Men’ was arranged with Elia M Sycomor and produced by regular collaborator Paolo Pizzuto in their new home in Berlin, setting the start of a new evolution for the artist.
With the use of further instrumentation and adopting a more Dark-Pop aesthetic, Bonnie Li sees the release as the start of a new beginning for her, experimenting further and moving away from her trip-hop-inspired origins.
“Wǒ Men” looks to be a beacon of coveted thoughts, speaking opinions that you know you shouldn’t, channelling insecurity in a search for yourself. It’s organic, dynamic and fragile, distorted as a mirror to the artist’s emotions and fears, sensitive and dark.

Singer/composer & multi-lingual polymath, Bonnie Li has already been praised by the likes of Clash Magazine EARMILK, Rolling Stone Italia and The Line Of Best Fit.

SEE YOU THERE Beautiful Freaks ♥

Les Pleureuses – Chambre K38 Release show + Free Free Dom Dom

Free Free Dom Dom + Les Pleureuses record release show
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2018
20H00 – 00H00 +
URBAN SPREE

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

*NEW EP* Chambre K38 is out on 01/10/18.

Daring the mix between lyrical. electro notes, punk and powerful rock. Their music explores and mixes genres.
The result is explosive: a harmonious musical chaos.  French settled in Berlin, they immerse themselves in this city, its caves and its artistic effervescence to constantly push the limits of their creativity and continue to extend their musical spectrum.

Chambre K38 illustrates their constant musical researches, their desire to push the limits, to invent new sounds, to mix genres and to cover the tracks.

It marks not only their installation in Berlin, but also a real change in training with the arrival of Nicolas and the integration of the electronic pad. Their musical style and their concept has evolved.
Chambre K38 can be defined as an organized mess, harmoniously melding keyboard, guitar, bass, vocals and powerful rhythms.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Free Free Dom Dom is an electronic duo based out of Berlin with an admiring love for their city’s underground scene and an electric cynical vibe. Their sound often reminds us of some kind of Grimes and Tv on the Radio hybrid. The high pitched vocals of Little Voice matched with the powerful dragging rock style of Philippe Duval, really gave their music a sense of revelry.
