Show Me The Body started as a band in 2009 consisting of Julian Cashwan Pratt (banjo and vocals), Harlan Steed (bass), and Gabriel Millman (drums). Noah Cohen
Corbett (current drummer) joined the band in 2014. Their unique sound is heavily influenced, both sonically and in attitude, by the city that reared them: New York. The band has been at the forefront of the city’s underground since the release of their 2014 EP Yellow Kidney.
Over the ensuing years Show Me The Body established themselves as one of the most exciting bands in the city, through their torrid live show and distinctive sonics.
Dog Whistle, Show Me The Body’s most immediate and critically acclaimed body of work to date, is heavy yet honest. The album was produced by Chris Coady, Show Me The Body, and Gabriel Millman (original drummer and current in – house producer).
Dog Whistle was written in Long Island City, Queens and recorded in Los Angeles, California in the summer of 2018.
“Dog Whistle is a call to arms directed at the community, its sonic urgency reflecting the mounting challenges of surviving in the city,” writes The FADER. The album was released on March 29th, 2019 and follows Show Me The Body’s debut album Body War.
Show Me The Body has spent the last several years building and elevating a community of like minded artists and creative collaborators called Corpus. The first Corpus release was an eponymous mixtape featuring Denzel Curry, Princess Nokia, Eartheater, Moor Mother, and more. Corpus has also released projects from Trippjones, Dreamcrusher, and Dog Breath.
More recently, Show Me The Body toured with Code Orange and King Krule. They’re currently preparing to set out on tour with HEALTH and Daughters.

BLITZ PRESENTS:TELEPATHE (N.Y.C)
SUPPORT: HYENAZ (BERLIN)
PLATINUM BLACK (DJ SET)
New York’s Magic Synth duo Telepathe are back with their long awaited self-produced second album ‘Destroyer’ with co- production by Lewis Pesacov (Fools Gold/Computer Magic) and mixing by Ken Thomas (M83/Dave Gahan/Cocteau Twins/Sigur Ros).
“Destroyer is thick in ambience and features laser blasting synths and gorgeous vocals carrying infectious melodies. They make room for not only the direct Synth pop route but explore a darker sensibility, in turn creating something much more three-dimensional. Drum patterns skitter in and out of its ambience, the synths are understated but catchy as hell, as are the lyrics, which are direct and seductive instead of ambiguously enigmatic as they were on Dance Mother.” – Methods Unsound 8/10
‘Destroyer’ will be brought to life on October 20th as Blitz presents their only German date as part of their European tour.
Support will be provided by Berlins creatures of ritual ‘Hyenaz’
Berlin electronic avant-gardists HYENAZ have evolved a cult status for their immersive live shows, for which they were dubbed a “performative monster duo” by electro superstar Peaches and one of the “Best Live Acts in Berlin” by Kaltblut magazine.
The process of birthing the second HYENAZ album “Critical Magic” has already taken the band from Berlin to Korea, China and Japan, through Europe and back. Its path has been ritualistic and intentional; it has already seen an explosive dialogue between audience and performer around the world.
Grinding riffs, obliterating beats, and pure vocal carnage.
LA foursome 3̤̱͕͢ ̱̣͕̜̀͟͜T̹̜̗͈̠̼̀Ę̶̻E̵̢̤̩T̢̡͕̦̥̦͍̟̳̩ͅH̰̼̺͎ are the modern synthesis of the industrial dance floor evil pioneered by the likes of Skinny Puppy and Ministry. Their highly-acclaimed album is sick as hell, and their ferocious live shows are already becoming legendary. Don’t miss their first Berlin appearance!
BLUSH_RESPONSE‘s analogue electronics range from the full-on pounding of industrial rock and dark techno to icy-cold EBM and minimal. We’ve never seen him play without a host of black-clad bodies raging in front—a host of which you’ll soon be a part of.
In between and after, U n R e a L DJs Black Black Gold and xorzyzt will be playing blackened post-punk, techno, and generally heavy electronics including lots of rare and unreleased weirdness to keep your bodies jacked. Grab your Docs and prepare for a night of fog-drenched raging!
