Join us for the very first Indie In Town in Berlin! To celebrate, we've invited out friends from baby of the bunch, Spirit Design, Maia Luker and Bongloard. Not only that, but we promise we'll have some additional friends exhibiting work, selling vintage gear and more. So swing by!
baby of the bunch: For more than 7 years, baby of the bunch have been leaving a trail of glitter, beer and exploding rainbows in the squats, venues and festivals in Germany. baby of the bunch call their music "Riot! Wave". They see themselves in the tradition of the Riot Grrrls and are thus part of a new queer feminist generation for whom life is too short for compromises. They balance an in-between between snotty punk style and the defeat of all prejudices of musical inferiority towards FLINTA* artists.
Spirit Design: holy sounds for hyper kids - a beautiful mesmerising blend between post-punk, dream core and spoken word, Spirit Design are blending and layering sounds until they reach sonic nirvana.
Maia Luker: Maia Luker, a young artist from Buenos Aires, found her way to Berlin six years ago. She learned German in a month, starting a new chapter. Her music, a ballad of emotional stories, merges Spanish and English, resonating with her audience's hearts. Her debut EP "Spider Trap" was released in 2023, evolving her music from indie pop to alternative pop-rock.
